2. The machine adopts horizontal bed, mountain line - plane bed, resin sand casting process, reasonable internal rib layout, wide guide surface, high overall rigidity of the bed. It has the characteristics of fast processing speed and high processing precision.

3. The ball screw with C3 level precision leadscrew, dustproof silk mother, longitudinal and transverse feed servo motor directly connected to ball screw through the coupling, ball screw support way, using an end fixed end this way of support can make the screw end it can extend freedom, in order to avoid the work due to temperature increase during the process of screw elongation, In order to compensate for the elongation of the lead screw caused by the rise of the working temperature and ensure the positioning accuracy of the lead screw and the rigidity of the ball screw system, the lead screw is pre-stretched and pre-tightened according to a certain thermal elongation before assembly to eliminate the influence of temperature rise on the accuracy.

4. The sliding parts of the machine should have automatic lubrication device. The machine protection is safe, reliable and effective.

5. Vertical four-station electric tool rest, repeated positioning accuracy of ±0.003mm. Maximum main cutting moment is 3300Nm, maximum output torque is 1250Nm, suitable for heavy cutting.

6. Chuck self-centering three-jaw chuck of park brand, double chuck structure before and after the main shaft, convenient and reliable loading and unloading, can distribute material, reduce the labor intensity of the operator.

7. Screw and guide rail adopt centralized quantitative automatic lubrication device, lubrication is fully reliable, lubrication cycle automatic control.

8. Cooling and chip removal system: the machine adopts full guide rail protection form, chip removal is convenient, and the main cooling box is separated, to ensure the accuracy of machine from the impact of cutting heat. The cooling pump with large flow and high head can get strong cutting cleaning and cooling effect. In the turning process, the workpiece and the tool are fully cooled to ensure the machining accuracy of the workpiece and improve the service life of the tool.
