About Bucking Units
Biaohuang Bucking Units are used by tubing thread connection and completion shops to make up or break out tubular connections in a horizontal position. It is typically in the oil and gas industry.
Our range of bucking units is used to assemble or disassemble tool components with different diameters and lengths. The tong and spare spacing can be adjusted from a few inches to a few feet. Our short travel Bucking Units use a patented die system that features a self-aligning spline system that wraps around the tubing and provides coverage up to 330 degrees. Dies distribute radial loads over the largest possible area to minimize pipe stress and deformation.
Bucking Units machine has six parts: driving clamp system、backup clamp system、hydraulic system、pneumatic system、manipulating platform and frame base.
