2-axis lathe

A standard 2-axis CNC lathe has X and Z axes. The bar is fed through the collet or inserted into the Z axis, and the tool cuts the bar as it rotates. This is used for round parts.

4. The sliding parts of the machine should be equipped with automatic lubricating devices. Machine protection is safe, reliable and effective.
5. Vertical four-station electric tool rest, repeat positioning accuracy ±0.003mm. The maximum main cutting torque is 3000Nm and the maximum output torque is 1250Nm, suitable for heavy cutting.
6. The chuck self-centering three-jaw chuck, the front and rear of the main shaft double chuck structure, the loading and unloading is convenient and reliable, the material can be divided, and the labor intensity of the operator is reduced.
7. The screw rod and guide rail adopt centralized quantitative automatic lubrication device, the lubrication is sufficient and reliable, and the lubrication cycle is automatically controlled.
